All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Purchases are strictly for personal/household use and not for resale without prior approval.

  • Prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise specified.

  • Shipping and handling fees may be added at checkout.

By submitting your payment details, you confirm:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • All applicable charges (product price, shipping, GST, COD charges if applicable) will be honored by your payment provider.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location in India.

  • Shipping times are estimates only; delays due to couriers, strikes, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

  • Once products are handed over to the courier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Key points:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Returns must be requested through our return portal/email before shipping back.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

SECTION 7 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD is available only in select pin codes. If a customer refuses a COD delivery more than once, we may restrict COD service for that customer.

Saanjh Homes is powered by Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform. Shopify is not involved in our sales or order fulfillment. All transactions are strictly between you and Saanjh Homes.
